Yeah, I was guessing it was from her.. How far have you progressed with that woman & Polina ? Polina is the gem merchant in the town directly west when you leave the "farm". I really don't remember which quest is which, so I need a bit of help here with that xd

I finished the quest involving Polinas list and the picture i wanted help with is the next quest i got from the prego woman.

Saves from 0.3.0 are NOT compatible with 0.3.1. You're going to have to start over
If you give me just a bit, I'll go and quickly replay through this since I remember most of it till there and tell you what you need to do. I really don't remember off the top of my head

Personally ? No. The Mayor x Goblin scene has been reworked so we have propper artstyle, but that's it. You can't view it in the Reminisce Room since it's not implemented there, and after that you only have story, which is all in Chinese / Japanese anyway. So unless you know either language, it'll mean nothing for you in my opinion. There's also a little extra scene which is being worked on right now which involves the Elf queen, forgot her name and a demon (skippable if you so desire), but it's just like the Mayor scene on 0.3.0, which is basically 1 picture and then it's gone. Hope this helped
By the way, did you end up doing the 1st quest from the chef when you're done with polina's quest ? He's standing right outside Chiliste's Mansion

I believe I figured it out, this must be the quest. I'm guessing you already had the bath scene with Chiliste (the pregnant milf), awoke in the morning, she talked to you, and that's where you were lost right ? If that's the case talk to the chef, he messed up on getting the ingredients yadda yadda, and asks you go to the eastern forest and hunt some wild boars. They're the ones in the same forest as the snakes if I'm not mistaken. Idk how many you need, just kill a few and talk to him again

To my knowledge there is no english fan translation patch for 0.3.1. However, the game is MOSTLY translated until you reach the hot air balloon "arc", where things start getting more and more chinese until everything's unreadable. If you don't know how to turn on the official english version, just go to your options, should be second to last option on the main screen, and then select the english language (screenshot below)
On the main menu choose the options, then click the very first option and it will let you put it to English.

Talk to the chef inside the mansion. Go to the forest that has a castle inside it on the overworld. Kill a few boars. Talk to the chef again.
Also, you got a chef quest over there outside the mansion. His quest also involves that same forest: Kill snakes until you get 5 of their drops (venom gallblader iirc). They should 100% drop rate so yeah, not too hard.

If you mean a reminisce room, there is one. Make sure you go to any bed you can sleep on, there are 4 options:
1 - Sleep until nightfall
2 - Sleep until morning
3 - Memory Room / CG Room / Reminisce Room, depends on how you translate it. Sidenote: The Mayor scene (one of the last scenes), isn't viewable in the CG room at the moment. At least not for me, Idk if anyone else has this problem, but yeah, wanted to let you know that in advance
4 - Exit
