Talk to the chef inside the mansion. Go to the forest that has a castle inside it on the overworld. Kill a few boars. Talk to the chef again.
Also, you got a chef quest over there outside the mansion. His quest also involves that same forest: Kill snakes until you get 5 of their drops (venom gallblader iirc). They should 100% drop rate so yeah, not too hard.

The only animated scene(s) in the game is/are related to the hentai cards you get. Specifically the ones you get from the pregnant woman, which is her tail "sucking" (I guess ?) the MC's dick. There are 2 variants: one is the default with glasses, the other one doesn't have them.

Keep going to the right. There's a big hole like the ones you see there, except it's separated from them through a wall. That's the one you're supposed to fall from

Edit: There'll be a cutscene before you fall, so you can make sure that's the right hole you're falling into

Have you changed the language to english in the options menu ? If so, are you talking about before the hot air balloon crash or after ? If you're talking about after the crash, that's completely normal. That's how far translations have gone. If you mean from the start, I can't help you with that :X Sorry

If anything, I believe there'll be a long-term effect based on those choices. As of right now, there's nothing that's been influenced by your pick.
Going by face value, the first pick should be a "Love" route, and the second pick would be more of a "Corruption" route.

Granted, this is all conjecture, I'm not making the game, this is what I THINK is going to be the meaning later down the line.

Yep. If I'm not mistaken there was uh... two ? I think two sentences that were translated, but that was about it. The rest was in Chinese/Mandarin

So I just started this and went into some mine in the mountains and there is legitimately no way out, am I just dumb or is this a known bug?

As I've previously said, the only thing that the version has in fact added in terms of H-Scenes it would be the proper Mayor scene. In regards to the translation, believe it or not, it's actually been translated up to a decent bit. I can guarantee you that from 0.3.0 to 0.3.1, they translated more than what they've translated before. Although, as the other version had this same problem, this one follows, which is the Chinese/Mandarin is still a thing, but there have been improvements.
