Yea the game was like a 10 but now its more like a 7, still really good, wish i saved the first release.

How much does this actually change? The game was always incestuous i thought/remembered? Only thing removed was the age inputs... right?

Kinda sad that replaying this game from the start due to broken saves and seeing the cameos reminds me that both Evermore, Unraveling August and Stray Incubus are no longer with us.

And I know that there is work done to continue Stray Incubus unfortunately though, without Flynn
Even Evermore isn't completely dead and may see a continuation, but not anytime soon.

Evermore was abandoned in favour of an unnamed alternate format that's likely never going to release. August hasn't been updated in almost a year and a half and the dev has pretty much every red flag for permanent abandonment.
If anything Stray Incubus has the best chance of seeing an actual update if the new dev team that took it over takes it even half seriously.
yeah I deleted my post since I went off of my previous knowledge and double checked after, Evermore seems to be abandoned now August I can't find definitive either way now.
For us newer fans, could you give a summary of what changed since the first release? I saw in the changelog there were some reworks but the finer details are unclear.

Hello yes. As I said in my original post, normal saves and patched saves are incompatable.
What I mean by that is that if you played the game previously without the patch, and saved. and now you downloaded the patch, installed it and try load that save it's not going to work. You need to load patched saves with a patched game.
