Is it normal that there is no rollback option anymore in version 7 ? version 6 had it and without it it's really annoying, especially when you have to start a new game and want to skip but then skip too far and can't rollback...

I had no issues with my game saves. 6.5 saves to 7.0 worked just fine for me.

Depends on how you define NTR, the BBEG in this update gets a bj from some nameless girl who isn't a LI, you don't see it, but you hear it and you know it's happening, but the camera doesn't show it. Outside of that, the MC cucks at least 2 guys so far, one cuck knows he's been cucked, the other is clueless.

OP already said that the girl giving a BJ isn't even a romance interest, so it's not NTR. Some fans would believe it is NTR because, in their minds, they believe EVERY female that appears in the story needs to be banged by the MC, or be a nun if she's not a LI apparently.
The MC is the one that seduces and takes away girlfriends and wives from other men.

So the Patch prevent me from loading the game entirely, it does the loading screen then the window appear briefly before closing

I also have problems with VN Translator, as soon as I pass the software in autotrans the game does not start. Its version of Renpy does not seem to want software or external control
