Yeah, until then i have to play as vincent, I want just my name, I want to play as my name from the beginning.
Maybe I should just skip to where r
The name change is and skip everything, that or hope dev adds name change at beginning which seems unlikely.
I was looking forward to this game, now I am sad.

Laura is ok but I have 2 major problems with the game at the moment.
First, Ashley spends the whole game with MC, shows him her house, MC shows his house, they spend the night together comforting Ashley from the thunderstorm, its 99% percent of the game Ashley having MC's back until the basically last moment where she tries to kill him, which goes into my other big problem.
MC says he's not ready, he says that someone else should lead the mission, she tells Ashley and Laura that he doesn't want to do the mission anymore, and they STILL don't account for this variable? Supposedly the best Mercs there are?

I don't disagree with you. Something is not right at the moment. But for me, I'm aware that Ashley & Laura have a hidden agenda, so there might be a reason or reasons for those 2 things you mentioned that I'm hoping will be revealed. For eg. Maybe the about to shoot MC, was all just an act, she wasn't really going to and it was just part of their master plan.
I don't know, I'm just speculating. At the moment I have no idea who is trustworthy and who is not (which I suspect is the Dev's plan). Mona is my favorite girl, but I don't even know if I can trust her. Is she on the level or part of someone else's plan too?

Maybe, I'm not giving up on the game just yet, but I think that there are too many leaps of logic that I have to ignore to enjoy the game that I truly hope that they can make some sense of the plot.
If MC is amnesic, and both girls (and employers) know he's amnesic, why trust his abilities and then blame MC if he can't do shit because he's amnesic. It could be a higher plot to make MC take the fall but then the girls are liable too which would make them even dumber.

well after the end of the latest version wonder if the mc will end up working against Laura and Ashley seems likely the way it ended and yes I'm a miserable bastard but if so hope we get the option to put a bullet in them both

Honestly the only good thing in this game is the girls looks so far , because story wise and everything else i could say is very disappointing ( for me at least ) .
Im honestly lost about the story like... where the f are we going from here and what is happening in this game D:
Well i ill keep checking the game , mostly because of the girls until i get tired of it , if the story dont get better or something like that.

Apparently you can, but its later, which is too late for me. I refuse to play unless I can change the name at the beginning, cause then I feel like I am not truly playing as MC and am just playing some dude I don't want to.
I had the same problem with Bare witness, you change name, but his real name is Shelby, Sadie brings it up at one point in sex scene, this game is similar imo.
I don't care about Vincent, I want to be a part of the story, and if it takes a long time to change the name it ruins it and I will never feel a part of the story.

I just want the ability two change the name at the beginning. I can say this is what I want, I can complain in this thread as much as I want cause it is an open forum, if you don't like it, ignore me, idc.

Yeah I know, it's just that you keep complaining about it and saying you're not going to play because of this, then coming back and saying it again. If it's not going to change, and you've been given the details of it, why stick around and keep complaining about it? There are literally thousands of other games available that you can pick that give you what you want.

The choices just stopped appearing after a while and it went full on kinetic novel so meh, held down the cntrl key for a minute straight and not s single choice popped up.
You get to actually name the protagonist and I thought oh finally choices again and right after the game ends.

But from those original choices there is different paths and dialogue. It's not kinetic, because you decide which path you are going to play, when you're on that path you don't get choices until the paths merge or there is a decision to be made. There is multiple paths and variations from your choices.
For example, I went on 3 different dates with Mona based on my early choices and only 1 ended in sex (and even then I had a choice to not have sex).
