Chocolate can be purchased at the lottery event during the roaming event every Monday or Tuesday.
Alternatively, you can call a lottery event directly through Town's Street on Monday or Tuesday.

Homeless Event - Visit the beggars 3 more times after the AV shoot.

Cosplay Event - During the roaming event, the "Alternative School Students" event must be held. You can also call directly from Street in Town.

Hmm... the easiest way would be to just open the nani script and reference it.
