okay, let's say we want to install the mod 'violate 1'.
1. Download and unzip the mod. The unzipped file contains a folder called 'Resources'. 'Resources' contains 'Backgrounds' and 'nScripts'
2. Now, move to your TomieWGM folder. That folder also contains a folder called 'Resources'. If you're on Mac the Resources folder can be found in the following way: right-click on your TomieWGM app. Click on 'show package contents' --> Contents --> Resources
3. Move the 'Backgrounds' and 'nScripts' file into the TomieWGM 'Resources' folder
4. Open the game.
5. In the screen where Tomie can choose to roam, go to the city etc. there should be an option called 'Inventory' in the upper right corner. Click on 'Inventory'.
6. Click in the top-left corner on the phone item (it has 'CHEAT' written on it)
7. Click on MOD and follow the steps there.

My game doesn't start hourglass rotates infinitely during start of the game but cant seem to fix it :/ tried reinstalling and all that any ideas?

Surprisingly, the versions released here are just compressed versions.
1. You must get Karl's ending.
See TIPS&HINTS.
2. It happens every Monday by itself. Tomie should exercise if she doesn't want to gain weight.
Tomie has to meet Ryosuke through the matchmaker as Contact.
After that, you can start AV-related content through the Ryosuke storyline.
Requirements for each item can be viewed by clicking on the locked content.
1. A bug in which the hourglass rotates infinitely during start game
If it is found at the start of the game, the path of the game should be changed.
The game file path must not contain a language other than English.
* If an error occurs while loading a saved save, just use a different save file.

Go through the Contact -> Matchmaker -> Ryosuke storyline.
And, most locked content tells you how to unlock it by clicking on it.

how do I start the BDSM relationship with karl? He only calls on sundays and I have the 3 different scene options, or is that the bdsm relationship already.

After reaching Karl's ending, it unlocks automatically as you progress through it.
I understand everything else you say, but I just can't understand how the game ends in a matter of minutesDisappointed
