How do you get the good single mom ending? I could not get it last update and still cannot get it this update (baby's health never improves). Does anybody have any tips?

Yes you can.
Visit the slums to find the Autistic child, help him and the mother becomes "datable".
The mother can be married and you will get a few scene with her, it's probably the fastest good ending in the game.

I had several mods installed simultaneously in previous versions of the game, so you should definitely be able to have several mods.
I think some of those images are not in the game itself but only available on the 'main menu'. in this case, however, it looks like Karl (one of Tomie's potential love interests), so I'd explore that route if you want to access that scene
do you mean the AV (adult video) scenes where Tomie becomes a JAV-like porn actress? and where precisely are you in the AV storyline? note that the AV storyline is linear in the sense that you need to have done some scenes before you get access to other scenes

I got it eventually. just make sure that (1) you have enough money when starting the pregnancy; (2) you don't neglect Tomie's tasks for the day, such as eating cream cakes; (3) you go the library to read children's books, which the baby seems to enjoy apparently; (4) you have enough money saved; (5) you shop for baby-related things; (6) maybe visit the doctor sometimes?

Thanks, finally got it. I think going to read is the most important one, though when I got the ending, my "fetal health" was bad and "prenatal care" was good.

Does anyone know how to trigger sleeping beauty, I don't really understand what that means.
I have a luxury ring and often sleep too tired (wp = 0)
and there are two ways I do it, take the morning pill, and don't use it but still nothing happened.
Are there any other conditions other than that?

Yes. You can activate several at the same time.
That's an event that happens when Tomie doesn't take the sleeping pill.
You can increase the probability of night visits in the content options.

They're new locations in the city when Tomie wears her slutty outfit.
Remember the menu where you can choose where Tomie can go (eg, to the back end of the alley or into a bus)? At the top of that menu there is a new option. If you click on that option there should be 2 new locations; BBC house and the old cinema.
The old cinema is mostly CG scenes. The BBC house has 3 male prostitutes who are quite expensive (1k to 10k)
The most expensive male prostitute can lower Tomie's depression and trauma by 1 I think?
