Defeat suspicious guys in combat. What works is to first flirt with them 2 or 3 times and then to use martial arts. The more you flirt, the higher the success chance of martial arts will be (too much flirting can have... bad consequences though)

What do you have to do to unlock the Homeless Area.

You need to follow Tomie's pornstar route (the so-called 'AV [adult video] shooting' route). You can unlock this route by dating Ryosouke and either skipping his storyline (the fastest way) or following it.

If you follow the AV route, you'll unlock the homeless camp eventually

you need to get lost in the slums (if you go to city --> streets, you can choose to get lost in the slums as an 'event'). with a bit of luck, you'll discover the location of the adult store there

no, what you see is what you get. there are no ways to unlock other stuff unfortunately

That's the Koman B ending. Follow the Koman ending through the in-game Tips&Hints section and make Tomie have a submissive attitude towards Koman (ie, choose for male-led sex and encourage Koman; don't mock him)

Naturally, there's also the Koman A ending, where Koman is the submissive one in the relationship and not Tomie

let tomie get harassed (in the screen where you can choose to go to the city, roam/walk around, get harassed, or call someone).
after a couple of times, koman will show up and save tomie; give koman tomie's number and you're all set for the koman route!
