To me it was a female MC open world game. But it feels like there's a creepy dude over my shoulder throughout the play, so I deleted it and moving on. Despite liking the description of the game on paper.

How exactly do I get the event where Tomie is sneaking naked through the city, the one you see in the previews? How do I lower karma enough to get it? How many public nudity options are there beyond the outdoor exposure in "sexual activity?"

sometimes, when tomie gets harassed, she loses her clothes and has to walk back home naked. I don't think it has anything to do with karma
there's also:
1. a public nudity event in the park, where tomie can masturbate in the park (and get caught)
2. an anime cosplay event, where tomie can cosplay (mostly?) naked

so, yes, you do need karma. three ways to increase karma are: (1) use cheats [inventory --> cheat --> cheat menu], (2) go to inventory --> cheats --> debug codes --> type 'karma' and press enter, (3) abandon a kid in the slums.
basically, when tomie gets lost in the slums, there's an event where she meets a child. she can either bring the kid to the police (unlocking the misey path) or abandon him in the slums (which increases karma).
if you haven't gotten this event yet, the fastest way is to intentionally get tomie lost in the slums. go to Town (-3 AP) --> Streets --> Normal roaming events (-40 willpower) --> Tomie lost in slum

IIRC, I think it is the old man in one of the harassed events where he asks if he can come over. I do not believe there are any conditions for it.
