And clearly you haven't payed attention to the development, nor payed attention to what is already currently in the game. There is a sandbox mode, and then the story mode which has sandbox elements but isn't a sandbox.

Yes, there is a very powerful sandbox with almost limitless possibilities and a very active community on our discord that you can join to help get you started.
The story mode is in development and features two player characters (Max and Maya), half a dozen factions/towns, well over 100 NPCs and many hours of main quest and side content in the open world. Romance options it features around 20 romancable NPCs per player character of varying complexity and content.

Where can I find the cannibal? I went west from the city, found a black dude cooking something, thought he was the cannibal, killed him, but mission isnt cleared. so I guess it wasnt him. Where exactly is the cannibal?

And I went threw this thread to find the bow. there were answers but old ones and I guess now hes not there anymore, cause there is not even a hut with these blue altar stones. where is the bow now?

Is it a bug or why when I go to hunt the marauding bandit leade its like 150m under my feet and the only cave around is empty?
