IIRC Steve said something along the lines that the steam version won't feature anything lewd with the kerpali.
So with talk about a full Steam release around the corner, is this still true? It's the whole appeal of the game for me, and it's not like Steam doesn't have plenty of other furry smut games

I want to believe it's not the case, but the diminished support for animations of certain Kerpali groups has me thinking it might be—are animations being shafted altogether just because they won't show up in the Steam version? Are we getting a worse version of the full game because of this?

please tell me someone modded better VR in this game or sth?
If you search the thread you can find a post I made not too long ago about getting VR working

i've had a quick look at your posts and didn't find any useful tips.

it's not that i have issues with getting VR working. it works, it's just that the camera controls feel broken and unwieldy, no matter what keys i try to use or what camera options i tick, it just does not function like a functioning VR game should.

VR isn't a priority while the devs finish the story mode, and it was only included in the past as a Christmas feature. The devs do plan to work on it later, after the release.
and is there even a planned release date, or at least an estimation? genuine question, i don't really follow this project.

it's not well optimized at all damn what happened?
I played this a few years ago and it wasn't this bad.
it's also triple the size it used to be.

Why would they have to optimize an unfinished product? It's a development build meant primarily for testing, not the final build. Between the past and now, the game has had a lot more development done, from world updates to more characters and features (primarily for the sandbox mode for now). This also will add to the size of the game, both just in the game and also how much storage space it takes up.

kinda sad tbh not even mentioning the constant crashes.
Due to the change from UE4 to UE5, a lot of older hardware will now struggle running the game, which will result in crashes. Other crashes can be related to just simply the game not being a release or final build and as such is not optimized. If you are getting crashes, then let the devs know about it so they can possibly fix it.
