Marine content is in a different file as the guests file is dependent on who you can currently CALL to come over, not the random show-up.

Since I knew you were working on guests I've been looking at Marine 'cookie nookie' - which isn't a random event, but a special day event lol - (vanilla.rpy) & think I may have a basic idea on how to include the 3some achievement in with her visit

Cookie Nookie...I love it! Poor choice of words to call it Random...I simply meant not able to be initiated on demand like most of the phone call ones...and that her visit is not in the guests file, as it seems to be confined to those you can call over and over and over, while you currently only get the one chance for that event if I am not mistaken. I do not plan on touching the other files until guests is to the place we want it to and maybe has additional content to be added hidden away for future use...I only have one more chunk, 2 more routes to consider it finished from my standpoint, pending the code master's final review.

BSC:Remake v0.5 is now out.

v0.5 basically has the full time rework for all playable areas, updated guest visit events (Thanks to Pleevy's patch) and general bugfixes. I also add some of Novava's AI art that I got from Pleevy. Not all, just a few, since there's not enough consistency to look seamless for the ones with multiple variations.

Took me a while to actually do the rework because of IRL business and PC problems that prevent me from connecting to the internet.

Any new update will probably based on content updates from Pleevy and/or anybody's on here. I'm also not sure what next should I look into to fix/improve. Maybe I'll look into the extension from 1 week to 2 week under certain condition from FoxyTails's (I think? Sorry if wrong.) suggestion before. Maybe I'll into the moral stat affecting the random chance. maybe I'll look into changing the current stats system.

Not sure. So please do remind/suggest to me back what should I work on next.

I think I found what was wrong with your PC...
Will have to check the suggestions list...but from what YOU listed here, the week extension would be my top recommendation. After that...Probably focus on the hidden overarching story that we have hints of at night...whether its expanded/completed or removed entirely...I do not care, but that is soemthing outside of Guests where my focus is. Redoing the stats overall would be a big undertaking affecting...well A LOT and I see as being disruptive to "completing" a working format of the current game...Not saying it shouldn't be done, just not now while things are being fixed/added with the system as it is. If all base content is considered finished, that's when that one should be targeted. I will call myself agnostic to the moral stat/random chance part...see how others respond. (Edited)

I think I can say we technically have/are already looking at it. First, remember, these first updates are meant to complete the game, and with that keeping most of the original Intent, if not Content. In the original, these scenes with Tails were mean to/did lead to that negative outcome...so for now, that is there. Do I know why the negative feelings toward Tails that led to it? No. Do i agree with it personally? Not really...I want more Tails. That in mind...there are several community suggestions about the whole Tails section that I have conglomerated and am looking to either directly add or add content based off of, which would either change this, or completely remove it.

In the meantime...if your problem is just the functional stat to effect, in the older versions...there was NO condition at all...if you did hide and seek...you pissed him off...period. So...while the specific stat to effect may not be perfect/ideal/great...there is more variable with it than before. (Unless Xaverion removed code that i am not yet aware of...i don't have the 0.5 official copy yet) Could it include another qualifier like has she been naked, or done x act....sure...I suspect that the "final touchups" will have things like this worked out.

This also touches on the possible massive stat overhaul hinted at/touched on above.

Kind of makes me think we should make a flowchart with the various actions and conditions through the whole game to achieve them and have a visual comparison to find mismatches, or disjointed things, which this one likely qualifies as. I am barely trying to defend it specifically...It is, however, not game breaking, allows for completion of the "current iteration" and kinda follows the general motif of the stats system that currently exists, while allowing for more variance than what the old versions had.

Bear in mind...I have basically isolated myself to this one chunk of code, looking in other files for specific things i need, not doing a major stat comparison.

3.2) Have Sonic explode on him - Sonic tells Tails off for his paranoia and tells him to get out. Tails is ashamed, Sonic is pissed and will refuse to call Tails for the rest of the week (same result as 1, but with different dialogue if you try to call Tails).
3.3) Question Tails about the sex epidemic - only available if you learned about it from Amy or Sally - Sonic asks if Tails' questions to Cream were due to the whole "everyone wants sex" thing. How it proceeds is up to you, but it's the best result.
3.4) Ask Tails if he is jealous - only available if you've seen Tails aroused due to Cream swimming in a pool in a shirt - Sonic jokingly asks Tails if he is jealous, Tails awkwardly shuts up, Sonic goes "You're kidding me". Might lead to Cream x Tails sex or even Cream x Tails x Sonic threesome later on.

All hypotheticals for now. I actually don't think Sally ever talks about it, but Amy does, so I guess if we add a flag that means that Sonic knows about the sex epidemic, it would be in either of those scenarios.

First scenario, if you call Amy and ask for gossip, she has 14% chance to ask about the "people acting weird". If you get that dialogue, a flag called "amy_mochi", which basically means Amy is searching for the Mochi Mochi Shop. If you get this gossip again later, you get the map to the shop, but it's much easier to get it from inviting Sally, you don't have to roll 14% twice.

Second scenario is if you encounter Amy on the forest trail, and go to her home, she also talks about the sex epidemic (and also fucks Sonic). This is also the event that unlocks Amy/Cream threesome if you have already got Cream naked when you get it. (maybe also have this event set "amy_mochi" or give the map to the shop?)

So, basically for that particular event with Tails, it might check for "amy_mochi" and if it passes, Sonic asks Tails if he's looking into the same thing Amy does?

Nope... it's harder than you think.

I found & dug out my original 'flowchart data' for when I did my guide (I used a program called 'freeplane' to map things out)
See that red arrow pointing to that small blue box on the right.... that is what you see in the rest of the picture, only a small portion of the map is shown & that 'map' doesn't contain EVERYTHING in the game, only what I considered important at the time I did it

As mentioned - there is no hard fact of a sex epidemic... I know a lot of people can't be bothers with tutorials etc, but under that there is a FAQ



And as Kruggov has mention - there's a whole event with Amy where she talks about 'strange happenings'
We also have in game those couple of cut scenes about a mysterious event has happened

There's been no definate storyline set out by anyone as of yet, (although to boast - I did come up with a possible idea a while back) but whether the mystery will ever come about we'll never know

Fair assessment/Reasonable suggestion. I will add it to the running document with the mass of Tails route suggestions I have ongoing. I am amused at how much attention there is to the Tails route......Foxy Fetishers of F95 unite!

This is something I meant to bring up as well...I sort of hinted at it in a comment to Xaverion in an earlier post. Since the goal is "finishing" at least the baseline of the game, this "mystery story" either needs to be fleshed out/finished, or removed. I don't really care which at this point, and I have not put thought into what the story would be (though there are other community suggestions that could be used/written) so I do not have anything specific to offer.
Also...I think the people who have made active/functional contributions should come together, probably in a DM, and get on the same page with what we all are aiming for when we say "complete the game." For example...SWP is making imagery...they might have a view of how many images of what kinds etc that differs from what I "want"/am thinking constitutes visually complete, and the weight of visual completeness for "Finishing the game"...and also...they need to know what I am doing in the guests file...because even if we have matching thoughts on the images, they cannot create them for content that doesn't yet exist/they don't know is going to exist. And then...they might have opinions on how much the Amy?Sally/Knuckles/Tails scenes are expanded/written...where I might think that what is odne form them is done...and they might be expecting more before it is considered finished. Not focusing on making anyone right or wrong...just making sure those doing the real work are on the same page.

I think extending the time is a strong viable choice, and would allow for such additions, and is already something being talked about and Seriously (i believe) considered.
