This game is definitely not ready for release; it should've been delayed for at least another month.

He has an team so maybe... but you need an real good working knowledge of the game engine to fix and also anticipate the problems that will occur througout development. don't mistake me I hope he can do it, the game will look better on Unity afterall.

This drop is a 64 bit version. 64 bit wine doesn't work well on Macs for technical reasons (ABI incompatibilites). We need to wait for a 32 bit version, or a Mac version.

That's likely; since the end of DOD he lost more than a 1000 patrons, so he probably felt that he needed to release as soon as possible.

The renderings are good, but the story is meh! Not understanding why the MC didn't fight to stay in school or at least get even before he left?! How did he start classes at his new college like the very next day? Why did the MC willingly turn over his shit to his dad, when I don't recall his dad asking? Why doesn't the MC ever knock, and assume he lived at home the 1st 18 years of his life? All in all, I will continue to track the progress if it doesn't jump the shark and turn all metaphysical.

lots of peoples considered the end of DoD pretty terrible.
maybe alots of peoples also didnt think another game about another world is not good... its possible he would have keep them if he made some kind of DoD 2, or something similar.
i saw that happening too to another dev who end a very good game and started another one completly different.
but , whatever, not like a thousand of patrons lost made a huge difference to them.. still at almost 3K/month and probably the bigger patrons are still there.
(notice patreon also get some troubles with pledging and stuff.. that can be considerd too)
