Considering it's the same creator as Dreams of Desire, I'm disappointed by the lack of foot fetish content, the lack of options in general, you had way more freedom on DoD.

Can someone help me by telling me why it takes so long to raise massage and yoga levels? Thank you

It is very fast if you do the other things needed for the level, massage is not to only thing needed for each level.
Talking to the girls at certain times in the day or showing up in a room at a certain times of the day is also needed for some levels, story progression is also needed in some levels.
My 5.0 saves (which was the first time I played) don't work with 5.1 anyone have an idea why?

Most likely not, this just isn't worth the effort.
Besides we've barely seen any full frontal nudity from the main cast of girls. Isabel and Ruby are fully shaven and Ms Jane has a landing strip. You can expect either mom, Tanya, Natsuko, Eliana or Melissa to have pubic hair.
There's also the maid and Aunt Marie to consider as well. Plenty of possibilities remain.

I have a problem with the "A smile of Joy" quest. The game suggests "talking to her in the kitchen in the afternoon", but in the afternoon there's always Ruby in the kitchen ....
