MC's new apartment, room where the bed is, there is an icon of booty at the right corner. If you play the Lains' mod, then it's at the left, on a white closet door. Need to do it at morning or afternoon.

It should be there if you have 0.13 version and you are either at morning or afternoon, icon looking like this, and if on Lain's mod, same icon but just at different position and much easier to spot. I'm not 100% sure if you have to have storyline content completed before booty calls being available.
