I'm not 100% sure if you have to have storyline content completed before booty calls being available.

the dev needs funds for that, so if he got more patrons to which he will actually listen to that may happen, telling it here doesn't make sense since its a pirate site.

yes because, not pats are highest tier
also if that argument was made a by patron to the dev directly the dev would consider it, it wouldn't be considered here at a pirate site, that's what i said earlier too

That might be something to consider after the game is finished content vise, or then just save those sounds to another project.

Now that I think about it, sounds and animations on dialogues might be the fix/update happening to Dreams of Desire during Lewdlab's "break" from MP.

That could be, and at the same time animating the sex scenes for DoD would be really good practice for him, so he could make even better animations for MP. Although, he had some kind of short DoD related 2D game planned in his roadmap that was supposed to be done between before he started with MP and was finished with DoD DLC, but that 2D game never was done, so it could also be that what he is working on now.
