No, of coarse he's not, DoD had good amount of content each update and a reasonable time between them. IMO he just used far too complicated (or advanced?) engine for needs of a VN style game, and he could have made his job easier by sticking with renpy (as I said in some previous post), or some other unity build made for VNs.You guys should know by now, Lewdlab is not a lazy dude, hes a great dev

True, i prefer renpy too, but im confident in lewdlab, he did a great job with his previous game, and he will deliver this time too, unity or not, this is the one dev besides philly i trust 100%

Can anyone tell me the difference between using RenPy and Unity? I mean I know that RenPy seems to be used only for "combining" images, interface, and script, and for rendering it is another program to be used, and Unity can be used for both. But why would one need to use Unity for "engine" stuff if it works much better with RenPy?

Why unity instead of renpy?Cant even save the game on unity and too laggy.
Ren'Py gives readers such a quick, smooth, and easy interface with almost absolute control through minimal modding that it's hard to give that up and be happy about it.Holy shit, it’s worrying how many people seem to hate Unity. Especially since a game I’m working on that’s about to be released is also made with it.
Every bug or slow-down in Unity is a setback to the reader. If readers have been playing VNs on Ren'Py they are going to notice and compare.

Good luck to the dev. But I don't think the game will fly high. More than 6 months passed since the end of DOD and releasing this short amount of content when you have had all this time to invest (plus a coder in your team) feels bad. First releases can make or break your game, even if it gets better down the road.

Lewdlab is one of the best aduld devs out there, give the game 3-4 more updates if you think its not much atm, and give it another shot later.
Edit: i know btw, i want 5000 renders each update too, but developing takes time, and he propably has a real life too, so why so gloomy? ;D

whats with this game being this buggy? i talk to mom and it does not show her instead it shows a fucking room, family dinner? well guess it wont be seeing shit another room. I've played on ultra/high/very high/very low, and my rig is not the problem

well all the game is fine except that is maked in Unity, i mean even bill gates have problem running unity games, using Unity for a VN game is a unnesesary complication, ren'py can make the same smother and better.

Already disappointed. First time that I play on a game that the animations lags and it is slow, stop, continue. My laptop is ok, not too old, all others games have no problems.

I did and i know this is 0.1 mate but it shouldnt have this much problems, since dev had quite a lot of time to polish this, he even delayed it for a month
