Is there any news on VAM2?
so far there is none (you must understand that Vam is made by one person Mershed VR and he is already doing everything in his power, of course the developers on the hub help him, but he does the main work himself and I think this is difficult!

1.You can use it in Desktop mode and use the mouse to control your camera.
2.The application alone is around 17GB but as soon as you add some models(VARs) to actually use it , the size will dramatically increase. Mine is at 100GB and this is after I cleaned up and left only what I most need.
3. Your system will probably not be enough - this is a VERY intensive application.
I just loaded a scene to give you the stats - it consumed 18GB of RAM, 12GB VRAM and is keeping my 7900XT GPU at 60% load. This is on high settings.
RAM usage will also dramatically increase as you play around. My 32GB often run out.
100gb? Those are rookies numbers. Sitting around 1tb

...of which there are at least 70% you won't ever touch or need I'd assume. One TB of *.var files is nothing you should brag about, because it is called "hoarding", and you should talk with your doctor about this :p

Nah, I change a lot of things that I use. Hate to eat the same food everyday, if you know what I mean...

Sometimes I totally forgot I had a scene and is like a new thing for me. Advantages of poor memory.

why would he hire people who don't understand anything about this, I repeat, he works with such creative developers from the hub as - AshAuryn, hazmhox, Macgruber, and a few more pros and old-timers from the hub. they are now making Vam 2 together

65-70 sek... to load VAM on SSD and 2 mins from my NAS, with all Tweaks u can have and dont ask witch one, ALL OF THEM ;)

is var manager a paid plugin? or browser assist from jay won? if it's a paid plugin then I tried to use it it puts all var files in a separate folder and as a result you don't see anything in the application until you load it)) it turns out to be an empty Vam and I don't like it to blindly search for what I need and then load it so that it is displayed in Vam.

Yes. The one with two folders. Than youre using the plugin wrong. You should use the plugin UI, not the default vam. In the plugin UI all scenes appears as installed.
